HARDA is non-profit making organization that depends on both local and international donors to be able to carry out its intended programs and indeed to support the vulnerable communities.

To raise the required resources, HARDA will undertake a problem-scoping assessment that not only informs but also forms the basis for project funding proposals to be submitted to the relevant donors and partners for effective interventions.

HARDA, through its predecessor ESPC had been in partnership with Pact Kenya Peace II Program, Development Alternative Inc. TIS Program, American Friends Service Committee, Zakat Foundation, SOYDEN and BORDERS II in implementing Peace dividend projects as well as community mobilization, rapid response and Udh-hiya Program.

ESPC successfully implemented SHIIR /CMM program funded by USAID through PACT.
